According to experts, giving children a balance diet will greatly help in preventing acid reflux. Fresh fruits and vegetables contain natural antacids that will help neutralize stomach acidity. Apples, bananas, cabbages and licorice are some of the most commonly known natural antacids. Furthermore, eating smaller meals and chewing food thoroughly will aid in the digestion process.
